The Opportunity:

Job SummaryĀ 

The AI Innovation Specialist is part of an AI-native early talent track focused on building future-ready talent capable of applying AI, data, and structured problem-solving to real-world business challenges. This role prioritizes capability, learning agility, and output over traditional years of experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesĀ 

  • IdentifyĀ and automate manual workflows using AI tools and process optimization techniquesĀ 

  • Analyze business and operational data toĀ identifyĀ trends, performance gaps, and insightsĀ 

  • Develop prompts, automation workflows, and AI-assisted solutions for business use casesĀ 

  • Support cross-functional projects across AI, Product, Operations, and Revenue Cycle teamsĀ 

  • Break down ambiguous business problems into structured analyses and actionable solutionsĀ 

  • Translate data insights into clear, business-facing recommendationsĀ 

  • Participate in pilot programs and innovation initiatives focused on efficiency and transformationĀ 

  • Document processes, best practices, and repeatable AI-enabled workflowsĀ 

  • Maintain strong execution discipline with proactive communication on progress, risks, and blockersĀ 

AI and Technical ResponsibilitiesĀ 

  • Utilize AI tools as part of daily workflow for research, analysis, and automationĀ 

  • DevelopĀ proficiencyĀ in prompt engineering, automation, and AI-assisted analyticsĀ 

  • Continuously assess emerging AI tools and recommend practical use casesĀ 

  • Contribute to internal AI capability building and knowledge sharingĀ 

Minimum QualificationsĀ 

  • Demonstrated use of AI tools or automation in projects or academic workĀ 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsĀ 

  • Ability to work with data and derive insightsĀ 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skillsĀ 

  • Ability toĀ operateĀ effectively in a fast-paced and ambiguous environmentĀ 

Preferred QualificationsĀ 

  • Experience with Excel, dashboards, or analytics toolsĀ 

  • Exposure to process improvement or operational workflowsĀ 

  • Internship, fellowship, or project-based experienceĀ 

  • Exposure to healthcare, operations, or revenue cycle environmentsĀ 

EducationĀ 

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.Ā 

ExperienceĀ 

0–2 years or equivalent demonstrated capability.Ā 

CompensationĀ 

Specialist I: $60,000 – $75,000 | Specialist II: $75,000 – $95,000 | Bonus: 5–10%Ā
