Job Summary:

Hudson Energy Services, LLC is one of the largest retailer energy providers in the US and we are looking for a successful candidate to fill a Collections Analyst role. This position is a hybrid role, the candidate is open to working from home or in the office as needed. The successful candidate will need to be comfortable working independently and interacting with other functional areas of the organization daily.聽 The primary responsibilities include reviewing and monitoring end to end credit and collection policies and processes.聽聽The successful candidate will need to be a great problem solver.

Responsibilities:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide Collection support for various markets

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Review, investigate, and recommend action on past due accounts

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Call customers with large outstanding balances

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Create, manage, and issue specific customer communications (such as drop notices or demand letters)

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Communicate with internal and external business partners to resolve collections related customer issues聽聽聽

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Reconciliation of accounts in case of discrepancies and preparation of reports as needed.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Identify and help execute process improvements

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Rely on knowledge, training, and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 1 years of collections or accounts receivable experience.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, efficient, and accurate.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint).

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure their timely completion.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to adapt to constant change.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Problem solving and decision-making skills.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Compensation for Canada: $48,700 - $65,750 CAD Annual *This range reflects base pay only. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company & personal performance.

Please note that the salary range provided is specific to Canada and is listed in accordance with Canadian legislation. 聽It does not apply to similar roles based in the United States. US compensation will be discussed during the interview process. Compensation at Just Energy is based on market data specific to the location of the position.
