Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for Director of Programs and Practice Advancement.Â

Location: Bay Area, CA

Position Details:
- Provide strategic leadership for the development and advancement of APC programs, care models, and innovation initiatives across PAFMG.
- Partner with physician, operational, and service line leaders to optimize APC practice, improve care delivery, and support organizational priorities.Â
- Lead the design, implementation, evaluation, and scaling of programs that improve access, quality, patient experience, and clinician engagement.Â
- Develop standardized, team-based care models and support consistent APC integration across service lines.Â
- Foster collaboration, innovation, and leadership development within the APC workforce.Â
- Participate in organizational leadership initiatives and meetings.
Qualifications

- 2 years related leadership experience
- Current California State NP or PA License
- CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (for Physician Assistants only)
- Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (for Nurse Practitioners only)
- Nurse Practitioner furnishing number of NP’s
- Active DEA registration
