This is a remote position.
We are looking for an Appian Developer to join a team working on European and South American projects. Daily communication with the team and stakeholders will be mostly in English, and work can be done remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain AppianĀ applications, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement workflows, UI components, and integrations within the Appian platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Appian applications.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
- Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality.
- Document development processes and solutions for future reference.

Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience developing solutions with Appian.
- Familiarity with Appian architecture, data models, and process automation.
- Experience integrating Appian applications with third-party systems and APIs.
- Strong understanding of low-code development principles.
- Experience with SQL databases, web services (REST/SOAP), and Appian Plug-ins.
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot complex Appian applications.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Appian certificationsĀ areĀ a plus.
