Bill Rapp GMC/Subaru is seeking a friendly, organized Service Appointment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers, communicates professionally, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and confirm service appointments
• Answer customer calls and assist with service questions
• Follow up with customers regarding service needs
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment records
• Coordinate with service advisors and dealership staff

Qualifications:

• Customer service or automotive dealership experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Professional phone manner
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Basic computer skills
