Avature Architect SME

Role Overview

Seeking a highly experienced AvatureArchitect SME to lead the design and implementation of Junction-basedintegrations and Sherlock Data Lakehouse solutions. This role is integrationand data focused while requiring deep hands-on expertise in Avature configuration(workflows, forms, fields, templates, roles, permissions, and security) toensure high-quality data capture and downstream integration readiness.

Experience with PeopleSoftHCM or other enterprise HR systems will be highly regarded.

Avature Configuration & Platform Expertise

·       Lead advanced Avatureconfiguration including workflows, forms, fields, and contract templates.

·       Manage user roles, permissions,and security models.

·       Ensure strong data structure,validation, and governance within Avature.

·       Align Avature configurationwith integration and data architecture requirements.

·       Optimize platform forRecruitment, Offer Management, and Onboarding.

Junction Integration Engineering

·       Design and implement AvatureJunction integrations using API-led architecture.

·       Define data mapping,orchestration logic, transformation rules, and error handling.

·       Build scalable integrationframeworks for enterprise systems.

Sherlock Data Lakehouse Enablement

·       Design and enable datapipelines from Avature into Sherlock Data Lake/Lakehouse.

·       Implement ETL/ELT processes anddata ingestion frameworks.

·       Ensure analytics-ready dataaligned to enterprise data standards.

Required Skills & Experience

·       5-6+ years in HR technology,integrations, and data platforms.

·       Deep expertise in Avatureconfiguration (workflows, forms, fields, templates, roles, permissions,security).

·       Strong hands-on experience withAvature Junction integrations.

·       Experience implementing DataLake/Lakehouse solutions (Sherlock preferred).

·       Strong understanding of datamodeling, ETL/ELT, and integration frameworks.

Nice-to-Have Skills

·       Experiencewith PeopleSoft HCM or other enterprise HR systems

·       Experience in Avature’s AgenticAI capabilities using Agent builder.

·       Experience in global TAtransformation programs.
