Branch Manager - Forklifts

• Manage daily sales, including rental, parts andservice targets vs actual performance, reacting timeously to any identifiedproblems
  
• Departmentaladministration management
  
• Reportingand performance monitoring across various business areas
  
• Ensuringinternal control adherence, pertaining to policies, procedures and controls
  
• Overall branch management, including operational, financial,asset and resource and staff management
  
• Ensure effective staff management
  
• Develop customer relationships and resolve issues timeously
  
• Ensure achievement of targets in line with budgetrequirements
  
• Ensure branch revenue, profit and margin targets areachieved
  
• Manage and facilitate all work in progress (WIP)
  
• Monitor and analyse branch financial performance
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  

Requirements

• Grade 12
  
• Bachelor’sdegree in Business Management / Operations Management / Supply Chain /Engineering or related field (Advantageous)
  
• Minimum5 years technical knowledge (forklifts, operations and maintenance
  
• Minimum5 years sales and parts management experience
  
• Minimum5 years staff management experience
  
• Strongaptitude for sales and business development
  
• Proficientin Microsoft Office
  
• Validdrivers licence
