Business Analyst (Ariba)

Role Summary

Integreon is seeking an SAP Ariba specialist to support a large-scale SAP Ariba contract data cleanup and remediation project for a financial services clien

Responsibilities and Duties

• Review SAP Ariba contract workspaces and associated data.
• Validate contract metadata, dates, status, naming, identifiers, and documents.
• Review parent/child relationships and identify duplicates.
• Recommend and implement data corrections based on approved guidelines.
• Support bulk updates/uploads in Ariba.
• Maintain issue/exception logs and escalate unclear scenarios.
• Perform QC and ensure consistent application of data standards.
• Work closely with Legal and Ariba teams.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Hands-on SAP Ariba experience.
• Experience with Ariba Contracts / Contract Workspaces.
• Experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Contract Operations, Legal Operations, Procurement Operations, or Contract Data Management.
• Contract data cleanup, validation, migration, or remediation experience.
• Strong Excel and data-review skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, Procurement, Information Management, or a related discipline.
