Business Development Snr Manager - Corp Plan

• Develop the overall SDR readiness framework supporting quarterly and annual GTM priorities.
• Translate business strategy into scalable readiness plans.
• Establish repeatable processes for campaign launches and program adoption.

Program Management

• Lead cross-functional readiness programs from planning through execution.
• Coordinate launch timelines across Marketing, Sales, and Product Marketing.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Manage multiple concurrent readiness initiatives.

Sales Development Readiness

• Ensure SDRs are prepared to execute:
  • New campaigns
  • Outbound plays
  • Messaging updates
  • Product readiness
  • AI-enabled workflows
• Develop learning paths and reinforcement strategies.

Communications

• Own readiness communications for SDR audiences.
• Build launch kits, readiness guides, FAQs, and playbooks.
• Simplify complex initiatives into clear, actionable guidance.

Cross-functional Leadership

Partner closely with:

• Field Marketing
• Product Marketing
• Operations
• Regional Sales Leadership

Measurement & Insights

Define and monitor readiness KPIs, including:

• Training completion
• Readiness milestones
• Campaign adoption
• SDR engagement
• Pipeline influenced
• Program effectiveness

Process Improvement

• Standardize readiness methodologies.
• Improve launch governance.
• Optimize communication cadence.
• Introduce automation and AI where appropriate.
• Drive operational efficiency across readiness programs.
