Job DetailsJob Location: KSThe Campus Support Production Technician is responsible for assisting the CS Production Director with overseeing the technical execution of worship services and campus events. This role helps manage audio, video, and lighting while recruiting and training volunteers to ensure all production systems operate effectively. Department/Ministry:  Worship Arts / Production Location:  Campus Support Position Report to:  Campus Support Production Director Position Classification:  Full-time; Exempt Weekly Schedule:  Monday – Thursday; weekend services and special events Responsibilities/Duties: Troubleshoot AVL issues during weekend services, rehearsals and events as needed Ensure weekend media is distributed across campuses Recruit and develop production volunteers Support AVL needs for Campus Support Ministry events, and Campus level services/events as needed Assist with AVL ticketing system Document various aspects of AVL systems (i.e. Stage routing, asset management, patch sheets, etc.) Ensure production gear is functional and coordinates routine maintenance Collaborate with Worship Arts team to prepare for weekend services, midweek services, and special events Other duties as assigned QualificationsSkills/Experience Production experience at a multi-site church is preferred but not required Proficient use and experience with Microsoft Office Suite Proficient use and experience with production software (i.e. ProPresenter, Playback, Ross, Vista, etc.) Experience with AV network protocols (i.e. Dante, Rosstalk, sACN, Q-Lan, etc.) Experience building and developing volunteer teams Good organizational and administrative skills Great relational skills: full of faith, friendly, calm, and professional Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, moving, and setting up materials weighing up to 50 pounds Expectations Accept and support the Grace Church Vision and Values Exhibit a servant’s heart and willingness to get the job done well and on time Ensure good stewardship of ministry funds and resources Act as a positive representative of Grace Church at all times Maintain complete confidentiality with all sensitive pieces of information Communicate and present information to others in a clear, complete and concise way Have a good sense of humor and ability to have fun while working hard as part of a team Anticipate needs by understanding the expectations, previous history, and potential outcomes Exhibit a heart of passion, humility, integrity Maintain a positive attitude while being mission-driven
