ā¢CarrierĀ Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potentialĀ carriers, ensuring strong communication and trust
ā¢Issue Resolution:Ā Work closely with the tracking team to address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during the shipment process in a timely manner. Identify recurring issues; work withĀ carrierĀ on corrective action plans and escalate to management relocate
ā¢CarrierĀ Performance:Ā ReviewĀ carrierĀ scorecard data, identify trends and determine root cause. Summarize findings and provide DedicatedĀ CarrierĀ Manager with detailed feedback prior to weeklyĀ carrierĀ scorecard meetings.
ā¢Process Management: Develop and implement processes withĀ carriersĀ to ensure that dailyĀ operationsĀ run smoothly and all requirements are being satisfiedĀ
ā¢Trailer Pool Management:Ā Assist management to ensure trailer availability exceed the s required thresholds and relocating displaced trailers as needed
ā¢Execute day to dayĀ carrierĀ operationsĀ tasksĀ such asĀ carrierĀ switches, accessorial requests, retenders, diversions, etc.
ā¢CarrierĀ Watch list & Settlement: Ensure all loads are closed out with proper documentation to prevent delays in payment toĀ carrier.
Requirements
1+ years of experience as Carrier Sales Rep or related
Strong communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with a solution-focused mindset
Familiarity with carrier networks and logistics processes
