JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Organization & Time Management

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to read and interpret Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and daily work sheets; proactively seek clarification to ensure successful event execution.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift.
Ability to push, pull, load, unload, and transport equipment and supplies throughout a large service area.
Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 60 pounds.
