Sonic Summary

The position requires a graduate degree in Computer, Software, Electronics, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in CRM/ERP customization and consulting projects.
Key skills include the ability to analyze business processes, knowledge of CRM concepts and applications, and experience in sales, call center automation, and digital marketing projects.
Familiarity with Zoho, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and preferably SQL, HTML, JavaScript is desired, along with knowledge of AI tools for architectural development and customization planning.
A minimum B1 level of English proficiency is required for technology tracking and communication with clients.

Bilgisayar,Yazılım, Elektronik, Endüstri veya Mekatronik Mühendisliği mezunu

CRM/ERPve benzeri uyarlama/danışmanlık projelerinde en az 4 senelik deneyim
İşsüreçlerini analiz etme ve sorgulama becerisine sahip,
CRMkonsept ve uygulamaları hakkında bilgi sahibi,
CRM,Satış, Çağrı Merkezi Otomasyonu, Satış Sonrası Servis veya Dijital Pazarlamaprojelerinde deneyimli
Projeve müşteri yönetimi konseptine hakim,
Zoho,Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics veya benzeri ürünleri kullanmış olmak
TercihenZOHO ürünlerine ( CRM, Desk, SalesIQ – CRM Plus Suiti ) aşina olmak
TercihenSQL, HTML, JavaScript bilgisi
Tercihen AI araçları konusundabilgili ve deneyimli ( Claude Cowork, Claude Code, Cursor veya benzeriplatformlarda tecrübe ve bu platformları kullanarak mimari yapı geliştirme,uyarlama planlama ve gerektiğinde kod/script geliştirme konusunda deneyimli )
