JobSummary: The Civil Engineer implements the directives of the SiteManager and oversees the works in compliance with the project, technicalspecifications, and KTZ, applicable legislation in force, and occupationalhealth and safety conditions.

Requirements

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Verification of project compliance anddetails (Identifying inconsistencies between architectural, structural, KUZ,and KUB projects, as well as underground engineering infrastructure), includingreviewing details and providing technical solutions for implementation, alongwith the structural and architectural detailing of various elements;
  
• Drafting and monitoring the workschedule according to the project and organizational plan;
  
• Preparation and verification of alltechnical-legal documentation on-site, including minutes, measurement books,work progress reports, staking-out and inspection records, etc.;
  
• Quality control and safety matterson-site, ensuring that all regulations are followed according to QA/QC and HSEmanagement standards and applicable rules;
  
• Supervision of subcontractors and takingnecessary measures to meet legal requirements for technical safety on-site;
  
• Monitoring the quality of raw materialsdelivered to the site by various suppliers;
  
• Approval of materials implementedon-site;
  
• Ensuring that work execution aligns withthe company’s quality management policy;
  
• Acceptance of completed works andconducting regular inspections;
  
• Preparation of snag lists or records ofdeficiencies and unfinished work as part of the commissioning process;
  
• Strict implementation of contractoragreements;
  
• Strict compliance with technicalregulations and dress code policies;
  
• Preparation of quality dossiers forspecific imported materials that cannot be analyzed in the company’slaboratories;
  
• Ensuring quality implementation invarious technological processes during the execution of works;
  
• Organization and coordination withdependent staff (technicians, foremen, plumbers, electricians, surveyors) forsite activities;
  
• Supervising the works, planning workfronts for different processes and contractors, and coordinating the workschedule between contractors where their tasks overlap at certain phases;
  
• Identifying material needs and ensuringtheir proper management, along with the administration of machinery andworkforce;
  
• Preparation of daily and weekly reportson issues and project progress;
  
• Periodic cost control in accordance withthe budget;
  
• Identifying, planning, and calculatingthe volumes for budgeted work items as well as new or unforeseen work items.
  

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of work experience inCivil Works;
  
• Ability to read, understand MEPprojects, and coordinate work with these disciplines.
  
• Ability to read, analyze, and explainprojects, business correspondence, contracts, procedures, and technicalmanuals.
  
• Ability to manage various specificprojects and contracts related to construction projects.
  
• Ability to effectively present issues,excellent verbal and written communication skills, report preparation, etc.
  
• Knowledge of principles and practices inusing computer programs (CAD, EXCEL, MS-PROJECT, REVIT, etc.).
