Job Summary: | The Clinical Program and Contracts Program Manager oversees specialty clinical programs and other assigned clinics in daily operations, marketing, financial forecasting, strategic planning, revenue cycle, key initiatives, clinical contracting, faculty support services, and resource allocation for the Department of Family Medicine. Working under the direction and guidance of the Associate Director, Clinical Administration, this position has authority over clinical business affairs, funds, and resources of the various specialty programs in partnership with the respective faculty program director(s) including department operations and administrative functions. The Clinical Program and Contracts Program Manager represents the Department of Family Medicine, the School of Medicine, the Anschutz Medical Campus and the University of Colorado, providing essential communication and networking for the effective functioning of these entities. Key Responsibilities:

Work Location: | Hybrid – this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings.  |

Anticipated Pay Range: | The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $70,550 – $89,740.  The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level.  Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
