Starting Pay: $23.00 per hour

All Saints Sub Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our clinical team on a Full-Time basis.

As a CNA, you will play an important role in providing hands-on care and support to our residents while promoting their comfort, dignity, safety, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Take and document vital signs as directed
• Assist with meals and hydration
• Reposition and transfer residents safely
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Follow infection-control and facility safety procedures
• Promote a respectful, compassionate, and resident-centered environment

Qualifications

• Current California CNA certification
• Prior skilled nursing or sub-acute experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
• Ability to provide quality care in a fast-paced healthcare environment
