Pay range: $19–$28 per hour based on experience
Evening shift differential: +$1 per hour

What you’ll do
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining dignity and respect
• Support mobility including transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team
• Take and record vital signs accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and other team members

Qualifications
• Active CNA certification in the state of Washington
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
