JobSummary: The Construction Project Manager is responsible for theoverall development, management and successful completion of the project. Inthis capacity, the role is responsible for managerial, organizational,supervisory, coordination and decision-making activities throughout the projectlifecycle.

The role oversees the project documentation process from thereceipt and review of the design documentation, through the design review andapproval stages, inspections and control activities during construction, to thehandover of completed works, obtaining the occupancy permit and completion ofthe final acceptance and commissioning process.

Requirements

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leadthe overall planning, management and successful delivery of the project,ensuring alignment with the approved budget, schedule, procurement plan andproject objectives.
  
• Manageand monitor project costs, budgets and deviations, working closely with therelevant Company structures to identify, analyze and control project costs.
  
• Coordinatethe preparation, implementation and monitoring of the project work schedule andprocurement schedule, ensuring timely progress and effective coordination withthe Procurement Department.
  
• Overseethe implementation and completion of all technical and legal documentationthroughout the project lifecycle, from construction permit and projectdocumentation through construction, commissioning, final acceptance andhandover to the Client.
  
• Coordinatewith the Company's internal departments, project stakeholders andInvestor/Client to ensure effective communication, alignment of requirementsand smooth project execution.
  
• Ensurethat construction works are carried out in accordance with Company standards,applicable technical regulations and approved project documentation, monitoringquality, progress and compliance across the relevant sites.
  
• Reviewand approve monthly progress statements and project reports, including overalland cost reports, and ensure that project requirements, objectives, decisionsand changes are properly documented and reflected in the project documentation.
  
• Managethe project's technical and administrative structure, including determiningstaffing needs, organizing responsibilities, assigning and monitoring tasks,providing technical guidance and ensuring effective performance management ofthe project team.
  
• Manageand monitor contractual matters, including technical aspects of constructioncontracts, specifications and project standards, contract amendments/changeorders, ongoing contract compliance and applicable penalties.
  
• Prepareregular and short-term project progress plans and reports, identifyingpotential risks, deviations and corrective actions required to ensuresuccessful project delivery.
  
• Providetechnical and administrative support and guidance to contractors and relevantstakeholders, facilitating the resolution of technical issues, uncertaintiesand project-related challenges.
  
• Ensurethe effective implementation of the Company's technical and administrativeprocedures and maintain complete, accurate and up-to-date project documentationthroughout all project stages.
  
• Developand support the professional growth of the project team through continuousfeedback, performance monitoring and evaluation, in coordination with the HumanResources Department, and recommend promotions, development opportunities orcorrective actions where appropriate.
  
• Performother duties and responsibilities as assigned in accordance with therequirements of the project and the Company.
  

Education:

• Bachelor’sdegree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field;
  
• Master’sdegree is an advantage.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum15 years of relevant experience, including at least 7 years in a ProjectManager/Construction Manager role.
  
• Provenexperience in delivering medium-to-large construction projects from planningand permitting through construction, commissioning and handover.
  
• Strongknowledge of project planning, budgeting, cost control, procurement, contracts,change orders, risk management and progress reporting.
  
• Solidunderstanding of construction legislation, technical standards and projectdocumentation requirements.
  
• Provenability to manage multidisciplinary teams, contractors, subcontractors,consultants and Client/Investor relationships.
  
• Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to clearly communicateproject issues, propose solutions and prepare effective reports andpresentations.
  
• Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicateeffectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Excellentcommand of English; knowledge of another European language is considered anadvantage.
  
• Goodworking knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel and MS Project and other relevantproject management/design software.
  
• Proactive,flexible and adaptable, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability torespond effectively to project requirements and changing priorities.
  
• Verygood command of English.
  
• Strongleadership, negotiation, communication, analytical and decision-making skills,with a high level of ownership, accountability and results orientation.
