Function: Accounting and Reporting Consulting (ARC) Location: Pune

Role & Responsibilities

Uniqus is seeking professionals for our ARC team. As a member ofthe team, you will work with clients to provide high-quality accountingadvisory services, focusing on the application of accounting standards,assisting clients with financial reporting, and dealing with complex accounting issues. You will be responsible for assisting the Manager / Associate Director with project execution and management.

Responsibilities:

Consultingclients on diverse business and finance transformation engagements includingparticipating and managing consulting engagements with emphasis on:

•Assist with financial reporting, including the preparation of financialstatements w.r.t IFRS and GAAP

•Diverse business and process improvement engagements

•CFO agenda-related topics

•Support the Manager / Associate Director to manage client relationships and actas a point of contact for clients.

•Technical accounting advice to clients on complex accounting issues and conductresearch on accounting topics and prepare technical memos.

•Ensuring our engagement team thoroughly understands our clients’ unique needs, ambitions,and expectations

•Building relationships with colleagues across multiple service lines to provideseamless integrated service

•Managing performance and identifying opportunities to improve our services andprocesses

·       Qualified CAs

·       CA’s with experience of working intechnical accounting/financial reporting.

·      1-3 years ofrelevant experience
