Job Overview:
Ā The Content Operations Associate will be responsible for tasks related to the development and deployment of K-12 test materials.Ā
Job Responsibilities:
Use process documents for quality control tasksĀ
Learn CAIās systems to complete tasksĀ
Create and QC test forms and test configuration filesĀ
Conduct quality control reviews of test materialsĀ
Monitor work done by outside vendorsĀ
Job Requirements:Ā
Bachelorās degree required and 0-2 years of experience in project or operations managementĀ
Excellent computer knowledge, specifically in Excel preferredĀ
Analytical skills and attention to detailĀ
Ability to identify problems and conceptualize solutionsĀ
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesĀ
High level of organization and the ability to manage and prioritize several tasks/ projects simultaneouslyĀ
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work in a team environmentĀ
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, Bilingual Spanish preferredĀ
Ability to travel up to 10% (up to 3-4 times a year).Ā
