What We’re Looking For


Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Contract Specialist to join our team! The Contract Specialist prepares, reviews, and coordinates contracts and agreements to support organizational operations. The role drafts contract language, verifies compliance, and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure contracts are accurate, executable, and aligned with regulatory requirements.


On a typical day, you might:


  • Draft and revise contracts, amendments, and agreements based on organizational requirements.
  • Review contract documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with policies.
  • Track contract lifecycle activities, including renewals, updates, and approvals.
  • Verify contractor eligibility and compliance through required checks and documentation.
  • Monitor contract performance and identify compliance or performance issues.

Qualifications


Required:

  • High school diploma or GED and six (6) years of experience working in a business or physical or behavioral health care setting or environment where contracts and subcontracts are used extensively to provide services; OR
  • Associate's degree and four (4) years of experience working in a business or physical or behavioral health care setting or environment where contracts and subcontracts are used extensively to provide services; OR
  • Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience working in a business or physical or behavioral health care setting or environment where contracts and subcontracts are used extensively to provide services; OR
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must reside within North Carolina.
  • Must be able to travel within catchment as required.


Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or Business field.
