Position: Senior CRM

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain customer relationships and CRM database.
  
• Monitor leads, enquiries, sales follow-ups and customer interactions.
  
• Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, Accounts and other internal teams.
  
• Handle customer queries, complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and CRM reports.
  
• Track pending orders, payments and customer commitments.
  
• Ensure accurate CRM data entry and regular follow-ups.
  
• Analyze customer data to improve retention, satisfaction and sales.
  
• Guide junior CRM executives and ensure smooth CRM operations.
  
• Maintain proper documentation and support management with reports.
