Responsible for leading data migration activities into Salesforce, ensuring high data quality, integrity, and alignment with business and technical requirements across implementations.Define and execute data migration strategy (mapping, transformation, loading, reconciliation)Perform data extraction, cleansing, deduplication, and validationDesign source-to-target mappings aligned with Salesforce data modelExecute migrations using Data Loader, ETL tools, or APIsConduct testing, reconciliation, and data quality checksCollaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholdersSupport integrations with external systems (ERP, marketing, data platforms)
