What You’ll DoData Entry & Accuracy (Core Focus)
  • Enter and update records in:
    • Salesforce

    • Excel / Google Sheets
  • Cross-check entries against:
    • Invoices
    • Contracts
    • Customer and HR records
  • Identify and fix:
    • Duplicate records
    • Missing data
    • Formatting inconsistencies
Data Cleaning & Maintenance
  • Standardize datasets using:
    • Filters
    • Pivot tables
    • Formulas
  • Apply consistent:
    • Naming conventions
    • Categories
    • Data structures
  • Perform weekly audits to maintain data quality
File & Record Management
  • Organize and maintain files in:
    • Google Drive
    • Dropbox
    • Microsoft SharePoint
  • Ensure all files are:
    • Structured
    • Searchable
    • Version-controlled
    • Audit-ready
Reporting & Cross-Team Support
  • Generate daily/weekly reports:
    • Transaction logs
    • Status updates
    • Data audit summaries
  • Support:
    • Finance (AR/AP entries)
    • Sales (lead/contact updates)

Compliance & Data Security
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive data
