The job requires a Lead Data Engineer/Solution Lead with 12-13 years of experience in data engineering and management of both onshore and offshore teams.
Candidates must possess strong expertise in Azure, ADF, Synapse, Databricks, Pyspark/Python, SQL, ETL, and data warehousing.
The ideal candidate should be highly hands-on, capable of mentoring junior developers, and have a solid understanding of Databricks features and functionalities.
Flexibility to operate from client office locations is necessary, along with the ability to understand design and create specifications documents.
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Lead DE/Solution Lead from onshore. We want someone who is highly hands-on, can mentor and guide junior developers, has a strong understanding of Databricks features and functionality, and possesses solid expertise in data engineering principles and best practices.

Must Have
•    12-13 yrs of experience and has experience managing teams from onshore & offshore as well as himself is hands-on is best for this role.
•    Strong IT experience in Datawarehouse and ETL
•    Hands-on data experience on Cloud Technologies on Azure, ADF, Synapse, Pyspark/Python
•    Ability to understand Design, Source to target mapping (STTM) and create specifications documents
