Job Description

  • Meet regularly with underwriting teams to understand business objectives, reporting priorities, and evolving data needs.

  • Capture and document business requirements in clear, unambiguous language that reporting and engineering teams can build from directly.

  • Partner with the data warehouse and reporting teams to scope, prioritize, and establish work.

  • Serve as the translator between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring each side understands the other’s constraints and intent.

  • Manage backlog items and development boards; participate in agile ceremonies and delivery cadence.

  • Validate delivered reporting and data outputs against original business intent and drive adoption within the vertical.

  • Apply critical thinking as new and expansionary products come into scope, identifying downstream data and reporting implications.

  • Build and maintain trusted working relationships with division owners and vertical leadership.

Location: This role is remote for Eastern, Central or Mountain time zones.

Education and Experience

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
