ISN is seeking a Data Quality Manager to lead data quality assurance efforts and oversee the evaluation of operational data and supporting documentation. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, conducting quality reviews, supervising support staff, and ensuring compliance with established reporting and documentation standards throughout all phases of asset management activities. These services are for residential and commercial real property.Â
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data quality management procedures and standards.Â
- Conduct formal and informal data reviews at established checkpoints to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.Â
- Monitor documentation and reporting processes for compliance with operational requirements.Â
- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with internal teams.Â
- Supervise support staff and provide daily operational guidance and oversight.Â
- Prepare quality reports, findings summaries, and recommendations for process improvement.Â
- Ensure records management procedures are properly maintained and followed.Â
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and quality assurance initiatives.Â
Required Qualifications
- Educational equivalency and four (4) years of experience performing comparable functions in data quality management, records management, compliance review, or related operational support roles.Â
- Five (5) years of specialized technical experience related to data analysis, quality assurance, documentation review, or process evaluation.Â
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Â
- Proficiency with data management systems, reporting tools, and documentation processes.Â
- Must have familiarity with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations).
