MB2 Dental is seeking Dentists to join our established practices throughout Missouri! We are a growing Dental Partnership Organization (DPO) with over 740+ practices across 45 U.S. states. Unlike your traditional DSO model, our owners maintain complete control and clinical autonomy as they continue to run their offices as they see fit. Our model enables our partner offices to cultivate unique cultures, providing diverse opportunities for different personalities and work styles.

The compensation package varies by practice but typically includes a combination of the following:

Daily guarantee
Additional production bonuses
$200,000 - $300,000+ annual earning potential (based on location)
