Role: Production Support with Informatica

Location: Plano, TX (Onsite)

Mandatory Skills: Informatica and Informatica MDM Experience Admin and Development

Job Description:

Administer, configure, and support Informatica MDM and PowerCenter environments, including upgrades, performance monitoring, and system health checks.
Experience with Informatica IDMC, Data Quality, Data Governance, or Data Exchange.
Develop and maintain ETL mappings, workflows, process tasks, and data integration components while supporting data model changes and migrations.
Troubleshoot issues across workflows, match/merge, survivorship, staging, and batch processes, ensuring timely incident resolution.
Collaborate with data stewards, architects, and business users to resolve data quality issues and implement governance standards.
Leverage strong SQL, Snowflake/relational database knowledge, and cloud/integration experience to optimize performance and ensure secure, compliant data operations.
