Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, Diagnostic Imaging, Hill Breast Center

Baptist Health is seeking a Diagnostic Breast Sonographer for our Ultrasound Department at Hill Breast Center in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a Full-Time, Day shift opportunity.  

At Baptist Health, our Diagnostic Sonographers play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care through advanced imaging by performing high-quality ultrasound examinations, assisting physicians, and ensuring the safety and comfort of patients. This position will be located in Hill Breast Center focused on Breast Sonograms.   

As a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, responsibilities will include: 

• Performs high-quality, diagnostic ultrasound and peripheral vascular procedures. 

• Promotes goodwill among coworkers and other departments and has a positive, comforting demeanor with all patients. 

• Is compliant with mandatory education and health requirements. 
   

Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, Ultrasound Department, Experience; 

• 1-2 Years of Experience Working in a Hospital Setting 

• 1-2 years Hospital-based department-specific work experience 

• Ultrasound Experience 

• Experience with Breast Ultrasound

• Customer Service Experience

If hired, must pass certification in Sonography from the ARDMS or ARRT (S) within 18 months of hire date.
