Job Summary

The District Continuity Specialist provides proactive operational, communication, and performance support to Agency Owners and staff within assigned Districts. This role partners with Agency Owners and staff, district leadership, and business partners to deliver reporting, communications, training support, and performance tracking activities that support business objectives and district continuity efforts. Identifies agency needs, facilitates access to resources and information, and supports the execution of growth, retention, and agency performance initiatives during leadership transitions.

Essential Job Functions

  • Provides proactive support to agency owners and staff by identifying agency and vacant district needs, sharing performance information, coordinating follow-up activities, and facilitating access to resources that support district priorities and business initiatives. Conducts virtual interactions with agency owners and staff to review performance information, discuss business trends, and support execution of agency action plans.
  • Develops, distributes, and maintains agency communications, newsletters, program updates, promotional information, and guideline communications. Ensures timely and consistent delivery of information to agencies and supports awareness of business initiatives, growth opportunities, and organizational priorities.
  • Prepares, maintains, and distributes performance reports, tracking tools, and business information used to monitor vacant district activity and support leadership reviews. Reviews available performance information, flags trends or notable changes, and helps support ongoing monitoring of agency and vacant district performance.

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors degree preferred, preferably in business or related field.

Experience Requirements

At this time, we prefer a P&C, or Life/Accident/Health license to be valid and in good standing.

20% minimum travel expected in this role.
