Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site visits tomeasure architectural features, including walls, ceilings, floors, windows,doors, and utilities.
Document existing conditionssuch as furniture placement, fixtures, and structural elements.
Identify design constraintsor structural challenges that may impact the project.
Create detailed sketches,measurement sheets, and CAD drawings for use in design planning.
Maintain accurate andcomprehensive records of measurements and site updates for consistentreference.
Adhere to safety protocolsand ensure compliance with building codes and regulations during siteassessments.
Utilize tools such as lasermeasures, tape measures, and digital levels for accurate data collection.
Collaborate with the designand project management teams to align site measurements with projectobjectives.

Requirements

Must have to apply:

Diploma or degree inInterior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
0-1 years of proven workexperience. If you are fresher with a strong will to learn and work, we makesure that you get a chance to prove your worth!
Proficiency in CAD softwareand space-planning applications.
Strong attention to detailand organizational skills.
Effective communication andcollaboration abilities.
Experience with measuringtools and drafting software is preferred.
Understanding building codesand regulations is an advantage.
A confident and compellingtone of communication. Eloquent English \ Telugu \ Hindi gets you an extrapoint.
