WHAT YOU’LL NEEDÂ
Must be a current Michigan resident and possess a Michigan Master Electrician License
Self-perform Substation construction experience up to 345kVÂ
5 years’ experience supervising self-perform construction crewsÂ
Progressive view on both safety practices and program implementationÂ
Ability to review the bid package for accuracy, completion, and electrical scopeÂ
Able to pass an MVR Check, Background Check, Physical, and Drug TestÂ
Willingness to Travel and relocate to the jobsite (100% travel with rotations)Â
WHAT WILL SET YOU APARTÂ
Management overseeing substation subcontractorsÂ
Experience coordinating with transmission operators and grid ISO’sÂ
Proficiency in areas such asT-Line, inter-connect systems, switchgear installations, and HV collection/distribution systemsÂ
Electrical Licenses (Journeyman, Master, etc.)Â
Four-year degree in a construction or engineering related fieldÂ
