This is a high-priority strategic initiative designed to bring our clinical programs, care management, pharmacy and population health initiatives directly to self-insured employers and other purchasers of health care. This is an early-stage, entrepreneurial environment within a large, established health system — offering a unique opportunity to shape a growing business from the ground up.We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Employer Partnerships Coordinator to join this growing team. This is a hybrid role spanning project management, client account services support, and monthly reporting. This individual will work closely with BILH primary care, IT/Epic teams and will serve as a key operational backbone to this innovative practice as we bring on new clients and scale the business model. As the DTE business grows, there will be meaningful opportunities to expand your scope and grow with the team.
Job Description:
Scope of WorkÂ
1.  Support of Client and Account ManagementÂ
Provide support for employer clients, ensuring responsiveness and routing requests to appropriate teamsÂ
Track utilization, schedules, and service commitments across active accountsÂ
Contribute to client-facing materials for monthly utilization reviews; participate in meetings and data reviewÂ
Coordinate with clinical, IT, revenue cycle, and operations teams to support program commitmentsÂ
2. Project ManagementÂ
Support project plans and workstreams across several employer partnershipsÂ
Identify and escalate risks or timeline slippage to senior leadershipÂ
Update project tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet or similar); document meeting notes, action items, and decisionsÂ
Support onboarding of new employer clients, coordinating across functional teams internal to the health systemÂ

3. Business Development SupportÂ
Support business development efforts through researching prospective self-insured employers across the regionÂ
Coordinate scheduling and follow-up for inbound and outbound business development activity; track pipeline activityÂ
Support attendance at NEEBC events, conferences, and employer coalition eventsÂ

Requirements:Â
2 years of experience in a client facing project coordination or account support roleÂ
Strong organization skills, comfortable managing several workstreams at onceÂ
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to represent the health system professionally Â
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel based reporting and Powerpoint presentations Â
Comfort leveraging AI tools for research and synthesis Â
Curiosity about health care, employer benefits or health policy Â

Pay Range:
$38.46 USD - $52.88 USDThe pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time.
