ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced FLEXCUBE Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core Banking and FLEXCUBE modules to support solution design, implementation, upgrades, integrations, and production support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and develop solutions for CASA, Lending, Interest & Charges (IC), and Liquidity Management.
• Work on FLEXCUBE 14.x Core, CASA, IC and OBPM upgrades and migrations.
• Handle CEMLI development and customization requirements.
• Design and implement integrations with upstream/downstream systems, ATM/POS switches, and gateway interfaces.
• Participate in end-to-end FLEXCUBE implementation projects, from requirements gathering and functional analysis to deployment and production support.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
REQUIRED SKILLS
5–10 years of relevant FLEXCUBE/Core Banking experience
Strong knowledge of FLEXCUBE 14.x
Expertise in CASA, Lending, IC, Liquidity Management & OBPM
Experience in CEMLI, upgrades and migrations
Strong understanding of banking system integrations
Experience across implementation and production support
Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills
