Job Title - Full Stack Developer (React.js + Node.js)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly execution-focused Full Stack Developer who can build and ship scalable web applications in a fast-moving startup environment. The ideal candidate should be strong in both frontend and backend development, comfortable with AI-assisted coding workflows, and capable of taking ownership of features from idea to deployment.

This role is best suited for developers who enjoy building products, solving real-world problems, and working in a remote-first, high-accountability culture.

Key Responsibilities

Develop scalable frontend applications using React.js and Next.js
Build backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express.js
Integrate databases, authentication systems, and third-party APIs
Work with Supabase/Postgres for data modeling and management
Implement Stripe payment flows and webhook integrations
Improve performance and scalability using Redis and caching strategies
Deploy and maintain applications on Vercel/cloud platforms
Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for critical application workflows, APIs, and end-to-end scenarios where required.
Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams
Use AI coding tools to improve development speed and efficiency
Participate in debugging, optimization, code reviews, and architecture discussions
Take ownership of features from planning to production release

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Node.js
Good understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals
Experience building and consuming REST APIs
Experience in designing and developing AI agents using modern LLM SDKs such as OpenAI, Claude, or Vercel AI SDK, including orchestration of tool-calling, prompt workflows, and multi-step reasoning systems.
Experience with test automation, including UI, API, regression, or end-to-end testing will have an edge.
Knowledge of SQL/Postgres databases
Experience with GitHub workflows and version control
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in remote environments
Good communication and ownership mindset

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with test automation, including UI, API, regression, or end-to-end testing.
Experience with Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, and Redis
Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar.
Startup or product company experience
Exposure to AI-assisted development workflows
Familiarity with Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot
Experience shipping SaaS applications
Understanding of scalable architecture and deployment practices
