Who You Are:

The Public Safety Functional Consultant is a key member of the Oracle team responsible for supporting critical operational areas.  Covering a combination of technical and logistical aspects of Oracle public safety implementations, this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to develop trusting business partnerships with public safety customers, contractors, and vendors.  You will identify customer vehicle hardware requirements, provide guidance to customers to achieve a successful hardware solution, and coordinate hardware orders and vehicle installations for Oracle public safety solutions.  This position will lead integration discovery sessions, gathering workflow and development requirements for public safety integrations, and assist with legal agreements with vendors. You must identify potential issues and risks early in an implementation to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans. This team member will partner closely with the Sales, Product, Development, Shipping, and Support teams to ensure a superior customer relationship throughout the implementation.  This role requires the ability to adapt to change quickly, a drive for results, and a “never satisfied” mentality. You will be an early team member of this fast-growing and exciting line of business at Oracle.
