Core Responsibilities:Â
Responsible for accurate and timely completion of day-to-day tasks associated with 401(k) plan sales, including but not limited to, plan illustrations, proposals, fee comparisons and document change requestsÂ
Reviews and accurately documents changes directed by clients and internal teamÂ
Develops and applies continuously growing product and process knowledge to effectively anticipate and meet growth team needs and industry standardsÂ
Communicates effectively with partners, clients, external and internal customers to identify and resolve issues including but not limited to training and procedural gaps and assists in resolving with appropriate resource(s)Â
Prepares outgoing mail and outgoing packages for Growth team via UPS or FedExÂ
Approaches every customer contact either by mail, email, or telephone as a personal opportunity to: 1.) Demonstrate the value PAi brings to the relationship and 2.) Provide professional, personalized service to the customer that exceeds expectationsÂ
Maintains extensive working knowledge of sales CRM, regularly generating reports for the Sales team, Marketing, Senior Leadership Team, and other departments as neededÂ
Assists with scheduling, organizing, and coordinating complex activities such as team presentations, communications, conferences, video conferences, meetings, webinars, trade shows, department activities, celebrations, and other eventsÂ
Creates and maintains Sales Team proceduresÂ
Manages and maintains CRM alongside the Salesforce AdministratorÂ
Manages key sales applications including the configuration, operation, and integration of sales softwareÂ
Leads marketing data and analytics efforts including management, measurement, and manipulation of data while working closely withthe Sales Manager and Marketing Team to drive sales strategyÂ
Providesback-up to the Growth Support Specialist as neededÂ
Job Requirements:Â

Minimum Qualifications:Â
High school diploma or equivalentÂ
2 years of experience working in a customer services admirative or sales roleÂ
Experience working with Microsoft Excel, Word and OutlookÂ
Accountable and detail oriented, with strong analytical,multitaskingand mathematical abilitiesÂ
Strong professional communication technique and etiquetteÂ
Preferred Qualifications:Â
Associates Degree in business related fieldÂ
Bilingual in English and SpanishÂ
Financial Industry experienceÂ
