Key Responsibilities:
Handle technical support queries from international customers
Provide prompt resolutions via calls and emails
Maintain high-quality customer experience and professionalism in every interaction
Requirements
Education: Undergraduate / Graduate / Postgraduate (B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA)
1year and above experience candidates can only apply for this role.Â
Excellent verbal communication skills
Basic technical knowledge is a must
Immediate joiners or max 15 days’ notice
