Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver compassionate, direct patient care in accordance with state regulations
  • Implement care plans developed by the RN and document progress accurately
  • Monitor patient conditions and communicate observations to the RN and physician
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless, high-quality service
  • Participate in professional development and team meetings

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program
  • Current LPN/LVN license in the State of Colorado
  • 3 years of nursing experience preferred (Home Health or Med-Surg a plus)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Pay Rate $26.00 - $ 33.00
