We are seeking an HR Account Manager for our recruitment and HR outsourcing operations in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The role requires 3 to 5 years of experience in account management, recruitment, outsourcing, or HR services, with a preference for candidates with UAE experience.
Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, coordinating onboarding and payroll, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
The successful candidate will also prepare proposals, track deployments, and identify opportunities for account growth.
A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is required, along with strong communication and client-management skills.

Manage client relationships and identify workforce requirements.
Coordinate onboarding, payroll, operations, and invoicing activities.
Conduct client meetings and prepare proposals, pricing, reports, and service agreements.
Track deployments, contract renewals, and service delivery.
Resolve client issues and ensure high client satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new business.
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with company and UAE labour requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

3–5 years’ experience in account management, recruitment, outsourcing, or HR services.

UAE experience preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and client-management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with CRM/MS Office.
