The HR Generalist is responsible for ensuring our clinical staff meets ongoing compliance with current Federal, State and Local HR Standards, Tenet credentialing and HR guidelines, policy and The Joint Commission regulations that govern business operations and human resources functions.  

 

This role will report to the Trusted Resource Associates HR Manager.   

Responsibilities

  • Ensures employees data bases are up to date including data changes, personnel information and status changes. 

  • Maintains database containing employee credentialing information 

  • Assists with coordination of leave of absence program, including FMLA administration  

  • Ensures compliance with corporate HR policies. 

  • Ensures compliance with Fair Labor Standards in administration of all compensation practices. 

  • Ensures completion of Corporate employees I-9 Verifications 

  • Prepares various reports as requested. 

  • Participates in internal HR audits as required. 

  • Provide all requested documentation for facilities during Joint Commission and other accrediting and /or regulatory agencies audits. 

  • Anticipate and provide resolution to issues based on the needs and expectations of our customers. 

  • Completes goals established during prior year evaluation. 

  • Maintains confidentiality and appropriate access of all employee information. 

  • Participates in special projects as needed and performs other duties as assigned. 

  • Responds to supervisor and co-workers requests for information and assistance in cooperative manner and within appropriate time frame. 

  • Channels concerns appropriately thru chain of command, deals with conflict appropriately in a private manner. 

Qualifications

Education:

Required: Bachelor's in related field or equivalent experience

Experience:

Required: 3-5  years in Human Resources
