We are looking for a highly organized, experienced, and responsible HR Generalist to manage all HR operations within the company.

The employee will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, starting from recruitment and talent acquisition through to employee termination.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage all HR operations from recruitment through employee termination.
  2. Handle the complete recruitment cycle: job posting, CV screening, interviews, candidate selection, and issuing offer letters.
  3. Manage new employee onboarding, personnel files, and employment contracts.
  4. Monitor attendance, working hours, leaves, absences, and lateness.
  5. Prepare and review payroll data and coordinate with the Finance Department.
  6. Monitor probation periods, employee performance, and KPIs.
  7. Handle employee complaints, workplace issues, and disciplinary actions.
  8. Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
  9. Prepare monthly HR reports covering employees, recruitment, attendance, and payroll.
  10. Manage resignations, employee termination, and final settlements.
  11. Manage and update employee data in the HRMS.
  12. Ensure all employee files and documents are properly organized and kept confidential.
  13. Support management in developing and improving HR processes.

Requirements

  • Strong practical experience across all HR functions.
  • Experience in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience in Leave Management.
  • Experience in Employee Relations & Performance Management.
  • Ability to prepare employment contracts, offer letters, HR letters, and warning letters.
  • Ability to handle employees and resolve workplace issues and conflicts.
  • Proficiency in using HRMS.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take full responsibility.
  • Ability to manage a large number of employees and multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing both Remote and On-site employees.
  • Experience in technology, SaaS, real estate, or fast-growing companies.
  • Strong skills in preparing and analyzing HR reports.
  • Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Experience with recruitment platforms and HRMS systems.
