We are looking for an interaction designer with experience in Windows, Web, and Mobile platforms. Â
ResponsibilitiesÂ
Transform complex problems into elegant experiencesÂ
Measure usage states and optimize UI and navigation of Desktop, Web, and mobile applicationsÂ
Own and maintain a design systemÂ
Conduct testing of sample applications to assess user experience and ease of designÂ
Create sketches, wireframes, specifications, prototypes, scenarios, and storyboardsÂ
Create surveys for quantitative research to gather and distill feedbackÂ
Participate in qualitative research, observational studies, usability testing, and customer research, remote and on-siteÂ
Collaborate with development teams to ensure that UX research informs the designÂ
Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycleÂ
Stay abreast of current design methodologies, practices, and trendsÂ
Communicate effectively conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design approaches/rationales
QualificationsÂ
Minimum 3+ years of experience in interaction design, with a strong design portfolioÂ
Demonstrated grasp of usability heuristicsÂ
Ability to write simple, clear, and concise microcopyÂ
Excellent visual design skills and experience with leading design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative CloudÂ
Proficiency with interface design, prototype, interaction design, wireframe, and sketching toolsÂ
Experience in rapid design with tools like v0, Vercel, Bolt, Lovable, and ReplitÂ
Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies - HTML 5, CSS 3, and bootstrapÂ
A conceptual thinker with proven problem-solving skillsÂ
Meticulous attention to detailÂ
Excellent oral and written communication skillsÂ
Nielsen Norman Group (NN/g) certification a plusÂ
Required Education and/or ExperienceÂ
Degree in design or a design-related discipline, including industrial design, user-centered design, visual design, graphic design, design strategy, design management, human factors, psychology, anthropology, ethnography, neuroscience, human-computer interaction, etc.Â

Salary Range:
The estimated base salary range for this role is USD$78,300.00 - USD$95,700.00 per year.
