This is anexciting opportunity to join Deloitte Operations for an engagement with one of ourclients.

The Role

The ProjectManager will lead the definition, mobilisation and delivery of a strategicGlobal Supply & Demand transformation initiative within Trading &Supply.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, strategy and mobilisation activities for the GlobalSupply & Demand programme.
  
• Assess current processes, operating models, organisational structures,data and technology capabilities.
  
• Identify and drive opportunities for global process harmonisation andstandardisation.
  
• Define programme objectives, scope, success measures, roadmap anddelivery approach.
  
• Develop business cases, investment cases, benefits assessments andexecutive recommendations.
  
• Establish and manage programme governance, reporting, assurance anddecision-making forums.
  
• Plan, execute and control project delivery, managing scope, schedule,budget, resources, risks and dependencies.
  
• Apply Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies as appropriate.
  
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams across business, technology andthird-party suppliers.
  
• Build strong relationships with senior business and technologystakeholders globally.
  
• Drive organisational change, communications and stakeholder engagementactivities.
  
• Ensure delivery of agreed business outcomes within approved cost,schedule, quality and benefits targets.
  

Experience & Skills Required

• Proven experience leading large-scale business transformationinitiatives.
  
• Experience defining and implementing global operating models.
  
• Experience delivering enterprise process standardisation andharmonisation programmes.
  
• Strong discovery, assessment, strategy and mobilisation experience.
  
• Track record of developing business cases and investment proposals.
  
• Exceptional senior stakeholder management, influencing and facilitationskills.
  
• Strong programme and project management capability, includinggovernance, change control, risk management and reporting.
  
• Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and externalsuppliers.
  
• Strong financial management, planning, budgeting and tracking skills.
  
• Experience delivering technology-enabled business transformationprogrammes.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership and resilience skills.

• Trading & Supply experience.
  
• Supply & Demand, Trading,Commercial, Planning or Supply Chain domain knowledge.
  
• Experience working with enterprise dataplatforms such as Databricks, PDX and Azure-based solutions.
  
• Experience leading data-enabledbusiness transformation programmes.
  
• Experience establishing programmegovernance and organisational change management frameworks.
  
• Experience operating in large globalmatrix organisations.
