This is a remote position.

Currently, we are looking for a Junior Finance & Operations Specialist to join Gegidze Agency a business consulting and transformation company. Gegidze works with 300+ clients across 20+ countries, providing services across finance, legal, HR and digital transformation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing invoices and receivables, coordinating payroll processes and providing support with monthly bookkeeping and financial documentation. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.

Final-year students or recent graduates with a background in Finance are also welcome to apply.

As a Junior Finance & Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:


Invoice & Receivables Management

  • Collect, review and archive incoming supplier invoices for bookkeeping purposes.
  • Prepare and monitor outgoing invoices to ensure they are issued accurately and on time.
  • Track payments and follow up on overdue invoices by sending reminders when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices and payment status.

Payroll Management
  • Prepare monthly payslips and ensure all relevant information is accurate.
  • Coordinate with the Client Success team to confirm salary details, adjustments and other payroll-related information.
  • Ensure payslips are delivered to employees/talents and clients accurately and on time.

Accounting & Financial Support

  • Assist the Chief Accountant with monthly bookkeeping and other accounting-related activities.
  • Prepare finance-related documents, letters and official orders using internal templates.
  • Maintain and regularly update the company’s fixed asset register.
  • Support the finance team with other administrative and documentation tasks as required.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor within the scope of the role and necessary to fulfill the obligations of the position.



Requirements

  • Previous experience in finance, accounting, operations or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive and reliable approach to work.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • English language upper intermediate (B2) is a must.
