Junior Financial Accountant

As our Junior Financial Accountant you'll play a vital role in strengthening the financial foundation of a growing Ghanaian brand committed to healthy living, sustainability, and innovation. Your work will directly support our mission of making nourishing, cultured beverages accessible to more people while helping the business grow responsibly.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records of all company transactions.

• Record daily sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments in the accounting system.

• Manage accounts payable and ensure suppliers are paid on time.

• Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding customer payments.

• Perform monthly bank, mobile money, and petty cash reconciliations.

• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, cash flow reports, and balance sheets.

• Maintain inventory and cost records in collaboration with the Production team.

• Prepare documentation for VAT, SSNIT, GRA, and other statutory filings.

• Maintain organized financial records for audits and regulatory inspections.

• Monitor business expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings.

• Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting.

• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and accounting standards.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial information.

• Coordinate with external accountants and auditors to ensure timely financial reporting and year-end accounts

• Provide administrative and financial support to the Founder & CEO as required
