Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with key warehousing clients to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
  
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and coordinate with internal operations and logistics teams.
  
• Understand client requirements and ensure smooth execution of warehousing and logistics services.
  
• Monitor service performance and ensure compliance with agreed SLAs and operational requirements.
  
• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, logistics, and inventory teams to address client queries and resolve issues promptly.
  
• Track client requirements, service requests, and operational activities to ensure timely execution.
  
• Handle client escalations and coordinate with relevant teams for effective and timely resolution.
  
• Prepare and share regular account performance reports, operational updates, and service-related information with clients.
  
• Conduct regular client follow-ups and review discussions to understand concerns and improve service delivery.
  
• Identify opportunities to expand services and generate additional business from existing accounts.
  
• Support the onboarding and implementation of new clients by coordinating with internal teams.
  
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, requirements, issues, and resolutions.
  
• Work closely with Business Development and Operations teams to strengthen client relationships and support business growth.
  
• Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address potential service-related concerns.
  

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse sourcing, supply expansion, logistics, or infrastructure roles is preferred.
  
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  
• Ability to conduct field visits and vendor meetings when required.
  
• Good organizational and reporting skills.
  
• Knowledge of warehousing, logistics, and supply chain infrastructure.
  
• Experience working with warehouse owners, brokers, or logistics vendors.
