Job Summary:**

As a Laborer Renewables (Non-Driver) at Primoris Services Corporation, you will be a vital part of our renewable energy projects, performing essential physical tasks on solar, wind, and other clean energy sites. This role involves general labor, equipment handling, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, contributing directly to the successful completion of renewable energy infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Assist with the assembly and installation of renewable energy components such as solar panels, racking systems, and other related equipment.
* Perform various manual labor tasks including digging, trenching, carrying materials, and site clean-up.
* Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively as directed.
* Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and storage areas.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
* Support skilled tradespersons and other team members as needed.
* Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
* Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to ensure project completion.

Job Qualifications:**

* Prior experience in construction, outdoor labor, or a similar physically demanding role preferred.
* Ability to perform strenuous physical work for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), standing, walking, bending, and climbing.
* Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
* Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
* Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team.
* Basic understanding of construction safety practices is a plus.
* Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
* Reliable transportation to job sites (as this is a non-driver position, company transportation may be provided or coordinated, but personal reliable transport to a designated meeting point is often required).
