Our teamshave the opportunity toshape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Landscaper3performs a variety of landscaping, irrigation, and grounds maintenance duties to maintainthe appearance and functionality of resort grounds. This role operateslandscaping equipment and tools, supports irrigation system repairs, and assistswith turf care, pruning, planting, and general groundsupkeep while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to establishedquality standards. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Operate landscaping and maintenance equipment, including heavy machinery, power tools, and groundskeeping equipment, while performing routine equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance
Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning, turf care, planting, and general upkeep of resort grounds with a focus on quality and safety
Monitor equipment performance, report maintenance needs or operational issues, and provide updates on assigned projects and work activities as needed
Support daily operations by directing assigned team members, transporting employees to and from job sites when required, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to established standards
Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols and exercising proper care of company property, equipment, and facilities
Performs lifting and other physically demanding duties as required.

WHAT TO BRING
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
Ability to work in a wide range of environmental and physical conditions
Hawaii Driver’s License/Drivers Abstract required
